Trip To Dubbo Zoo

We decided to head to Dubbo in NSW and check out the Zoo.

Getting Packed

Ready to go

Dubbo is about 260km from Lithgow and it took us about 3 & 1/2 hours and we used 29 liters of fuel.

We got a powered site at the Big4 Caravan park located right next to the Zoo, it cost us $41 per night and the facilities were excellent, very clean and a great camp kitchen & pool. http://www.dubboparkland.com.au/INDEX2.html

Here we are all set up.

The Zoo is great and you really get the feeling of being up close to the animals. It cost us $93 dollars for a family ticket which gave us two consecutive days to visit the zoo – which you need.

If you ever decide to head to Dubbo Zoo – be sure to drop in – we are on the way.
